Join us for a special summer group run edition: a workout at the track! Track workouts are a great way to increase your speed. Come try it out with us! We will begin with a one mile warmup at a conversational pace, do some dynamic stretching, and then begin the workout. Workouts can easily be tailored to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. A suggested workout will be given to the group. You can choose to do it or you may choose to do your own. Please bring water!
